Re-use Existing Frames
We replace worn or damaged mesh on existing Rotex® ApexTM, Sweco®, Russell Finex®, Allgaier® and bespoke screen frames. Remeshing can reduce cost, waste and lead time compared with purchasing new OEM screens.
Re-meshing
Accurate Tensioning and Bonding
Each screen is assessed, prepared and fitted with replacement woven wire mesh. The mesh is tensioned accurately before bonding and securing it to the frame for reliable performance.
Finished
Inspected and Ready for Service
Finished screens are inspected before return. Options include stainless steel grades 304 and 316, wear strips and other frame-specific features.

Re-meshing of Sweco® Screens
Circular screens used with SWECO equipment can be re-meshed or refurbished to suit the required aperture, material and process duty. Existing frames can be assessed for reuse, subject to condition.
Re-meshing of ROTEX® Equipment
Locker manufactures independent, non-OEM replacement screens suitable for ROTEX equipment. Screens are produced with PVC-taped and eyeletted edges to the customer's required dimensions and specification.
Bespoke Screen Sizing
Large, segmented and other non-standard screens can be manufactured or re-meshed to customer dimensions and process requirements. Including ALLGAIER® equipment and one-off or repeat screen programmes.

Q1: Can my existing screen frame be re-meshed rather than replaced?
A: Yes. Locker can assess existing screen frames to determine whether they are suitable for reuse. Subject to their condition, remeshing can reduce cost, material waste and lead time compared with replacing the complete screen assembly.
Q2: What types of screening equipment can you re-mesh?
A: Locker provides independent, non-OEM remeshing for screens used with equipment including ROTEX®, APEX™, SWECO®, RUSSELL FINEX® and ALLGAIER®, as well as bespoke screening equipment.
Q3: What mesh materials and specifications are available?
A: A large range of wire sizes and apertures is available, with stainless steel grades 304 and 316 among the material options. Screens can be produced to suit the required aperture, material and process duty.
Q4: Can you re-mesh unusual or bespoke screen sizes?

Q5: What happens during the remeshing process?
A: Each screen is assessed and prepared before replacement woven wire mesh is fitted. The mesh is accurately tensioned, bonded and secured to the agreed frame specification, with the finished screen inspected before it is returned ready for service.
Q6: What types of adhesive and bonding methods are available for remeshing?
A: Depending on the application, we have adhesives suitable for high temperatures, high abrasion, and FDA approved. Electro-welding is also an option.
